Exchanges;
It is easy to exchange the garment you have ordered.

We will then be expecting your item and process it as fast as possible.
Use the “Return-Refund” form and tick the appropriate box.
The right garment will be send back to you and a 10$ store voucher for your next order will be returned to cover for your shipping costs.
Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving item.
Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached to be accepted.
Refunds;
Refunds are possible within 7 days after receiving item.

Refund will be processed after receiving garment and assessed it is in good condition.

Refunds can take a couple days for bank to process but will keep you inform and up to date via email. A 10$ in store voucher will be sent via email to cover your shipping costs.
Shipping;
All deliveries are free in New Zealand.
International shipping is available. Australia =15$, USA-Canada-Uk= 45$
We do business with NZCourier or NZPost with track and trace.
You will be inform on your tracking number after your item has been sent via email.
It can take up to 10 business days with recent busy times.
